Return & Refund Policy – RivaSonali

At RivaSonali, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:
✅ It is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
✅ It is not listed as a non-returnable item (see Section 5).


2. How to Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email info@rivasonali.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2️⃣ Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization (RMA) if eligible.
3️⃣ Ship the Item: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4️⃣ Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days.


3. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a mistake on our end).
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To request an exchange, contact us at info@rivasonali.com.
  • If the item is no longer in stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Personalized or custom-made products.
❌ Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
❌ Gift cards or downloadable products.
❌ Opened or used beauty, hygiene, or personal care items (for safety reasons).


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:
✅ Check your bank or credit card statement.
✅ Contact your payment provider (some banks take extra processing time).
